1. We do not accept returns without a valid reason for screens that have already been installed unless there is a quality issue. We appreciate your understanding.
2. To protect your rights, please inspect the packaging and the product immediately upon receipt for any damage or missing accessories, and keep a record by filming the unboxing and first-use videos. If there is any damage or abnormal functioning, please contact our official customer service at coodooau@gmail.com immediately for assistance.
3. For proper screen installation, you'll need to securely fasten it to a wall using screws. The wall should be capable of supporting a weight of at least 30KG, and solid walls are ideal. If your wall is made of special materials like glass, marble, tile, or is a hollow structure, please consult with a professional installation service for assistance.
4. This product does not include installation services. Please watch the installation video to learn how to install the screen before you proceed with the setup.
